Sales tax

Where required by applicable local law, sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on your shipment destination.

Liability waiver

A Prairie Dawn accepts no liability for indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind, including but not limited to: loss of revenue or profits, costs of obtaining replacement goods, or loss or damage to goods or services arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site or any product purchased through it.

Promotions

Only one promotional coupon code may be applied per order. We periodically run promotions that include a complimentary gift or lamp when a minimum order value is reached. These promotional gifts are limited to one per customer and are subject to availability.

Pricing errors

Occasionally, a product may be listed at an incorrect price due to human error or a technical issue. A Prairie Dawn is not able to honor prices that result from such errors. If a pricing mistake is identified, we will contact you before the order is processed and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order entirely. We reserve the right to correct or cancel any order where erroneous pricing is involved, whether the error originated from a typographical mistake, a supplier data issue, or any other source.

Cancelled orders

Orders that have not yet shipped may be cancelled within 1 day of confirmation, provided the item is not a special or custom order. Cancellations requested after this window may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the order total. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and confirmed by our customer service team. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled — in such cases, the customer assumes responsibility for any outbound and return shipping costs.

Governing law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements through which we provide services to you are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
